Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned (minus any bonuses or winnings obtained).

To use koin90 services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify koin90 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
koin90 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
koin90 is required by international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all Users. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting:
KYC verification typically takes 1–24 hours (Monday through Sunday). koin90 reserves the right to request additional documentation if deemed necessary for verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC verification is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Deposits made via bank transfer during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically processed instantly (within 5 minutes). Deposits made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). koin90 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your Account has been KYC-verified and you meet any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following timelines:
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. koin90 reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple transactions for security and fraud prevention purposes.

koin90 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond koin90's control. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.
koin90 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotional page.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility.
koin90 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to:
Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and deposits (at koin90's discretion) forfeited and their Accounts permanently closed.
koin90 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, refuse any bonus claim, or void winnings derived from bonuses if we suspect fraud, abuse, or Terms violations. Our decision regarding bonus eligibility and forfeiture is final.
All bets placed on koin90 are subject to acceptance by koin90. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or betting patterns indicative of arbitrage or collusion.
koin90 imposes minimum and maximum bet limits that vary by game type, market, and User Account status. These limits are displayed on the betting interface. koin90 may adjust limits for individual Users based on betting history and risk assessment.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or data provider. Togel lottery bets are settled according to the official draw results published by Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lottery, and Macau pools, as applicable. Casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms, which are independently tested for fairness.
koin90 reserves the right to void or cancel bets under the following circumstances:
In cases of voided bets, stakes are returned to the User's Account. koin90's decision regarding bet voiding is final and binding.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact koin90 customer support within 7 days of settlement. Disputes submitted after 7 days will not be considered. koin90 will investigate all disputes and provide a written response. Our decision is final. In the event of a dispute, transaction logs, betting records, and official result data held by koin90 will be considered authoritative.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. koin90 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
koin90 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. koin90 does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use koin90 services at your own risk.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. koin90 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using our services. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll, setting personal limits, and gambling responsibly.
koin90 integrates third-party payment processors (banks and e-wallet providers), game providers, and data providers. We are not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, koin90's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim. koin90 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of koin90 services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. koin90 operates under international gaming licenses and is not liable for your legal compliance within Indonesia or any other jurisdiction.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting koin90 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and wagering requirements.
koin90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
If your Account is closed due to Terms violations or fraud, koin90 reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. koin90 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) on dormant Accounts. You will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction where koin90's operating license is issued. To the extent permissible, Indonesian law shall apply to matters concerning your use of koin90 services from within Indonesia.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of koin90 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through koin90's internal complaints process:
If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting koin90's internal process, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve disputes with koin90 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against koin90.
